Compliance notices, ASA correspondence and takedown requests are prioritised and normally answered within one working day. Outside office hours the inbox is not monitored; messages arriving over the weekend are read on Monday morning.

We answer questions about Lilibet that fall within our editorial remit: corrections to any page (wrong bonus terms, outdated payment limits, a broken link, a screenshot that no longer matches the live site), press requests where a named journalist wants a quote from a named author, compliance notices, and reader feedback about how the site reads or what is missing. Account problems — a stuck withdrawal, a locked account, a KYC dispute — must be raised with Lilibet support directly, because we do not have access to your account.

Forms invite automated submissions and lose context in transit; every useful reader question we have answered came in as a real email with a clear subject line and a screenshot. Please write to the address that matches your topic and include the page URL where the problem appeared, the date and approximate time you saw it, the browser you were using and, if visual, a screenshot.
